The Association was formed on 17 September 2009 as a state-wide non-profit making Association in defence of the interests of machine tool importers.
The objectives of the Association are basically:
Joint representation before the Public Administrations and other Bodies as regards areas of common and professional interest.
Drafting and dissemination of documents and sectorial support information of interest to Associates and their activities.
Participation and collaboration with other Associations from the machine tool sector.
Organisation of conferences, congresses and seminars relevant to machine tool activity.
Advice and support services.
AIMHE is formed by the leading companies of the sector. The Board of Directors is made up of the following members:

Those of us who form part of AIMHE feel it to be of vital importance that the companies from our sector are associated and that we have our own voice in the various public and private bodies and authorities, whether national or international, that are of common interest.
